Vanessa Izerzer

European Restaurant Consultant

Mrs. Izerzer first started working with Mr. Szabla in 2004, at his Miami Beach Bar and Restaurant concepts. She has since returned to France and continues to Work in Restaurant development and operations. She recently completed several projects for Luke Bason and The Cannes Film Festival. Currently she is collaborating on two new restaurants for the European market and one stateside. Vanessa and Sam have amazing chemistry together and are constantly bouncing ideas back and forth.
